RUDY (CH Hylane Riddler’s Nite Out HSAs NJP CGC) is a very talented and beautiful boy. He has excelled at everything we have tried together. Rudy’s road to his breed Championship was rarely smooth. He and I taught each other a lot about competition in the breed ring. We worked hard for every point along the way and finally got that last illusive point after stalking it for over a year, in Sedalia, Missouri. Rudy is a unique boy who was put in my life to teach me a lot about dogs. He earned his first agility title and earned his Herding Started title on sheep in 2005. Rudy is most happy when he is working sheep and has become my “ranch” dog. He makes me very, very proud.

Lia joins Hylane Corgis….

This is LIA (Golden Road’s Silver Medley HSAs) - CH Humn’bird Nathaniel Hawthorne x CH Golden Road’s Love of Pearls CDX. Lia was bred and is co-owned by Christine Johnson (Golden Road). She is a total package of good structure, beauty, intelligence, drive and a sweet temperament. We couldn’t be more pleased with her. At one of her first times in the ring, Lia was awarded BEST PUPPY and BEST IN MATCH at the GGPWCF Spring Match!! With limited showing, Lia has earned both of her majors and is well on her way to her Championship. She is very talented in the herding arena and earned her Herding Started title on sheep in her first 3 runs. Her last run also earned her High Scoring Pembroke Welsh Corgi at the Bearded Collie AKC trial in Vacaville, CA. That same week, she earned her first 2 qualifying scores in Novice agility at the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Nationals, placing 1st in both classes. We are hoping for great things from this lovely, fast, smart, driven, sweet girl!  She is taking a short vacation from competitive events to give the whelping box a try. We are hoping for a beautiful litter of puppies early in 2007.
